December Surf Contests
The state of Guerrero will be hosting three different surfing tournaments and events during the early days of December, 2009. These are:
December 5 and 6
Rucco Surf Contest, a unique surfing event for all the older and experienced surfers!! Taking place at Playa Linda just north of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. Age limit: 47 to 74 years old
December 11 through 13
The Evencio Garcia Surf Tournament and its XXIV Anniversary will be held on these dates on Playa Bonfil in Acapulco.
December 12 and 13
The Ixtapa Zihuatanejo Children”s Surf Festival (Festival Infantil de Surf) will be held at Playa Linda. For more info, contact Catcha L”Ola Surf Shop in Ixtapa: Tel. (755) 553-1384
