Adan Hernandez emerged as clear champion during the first stage of the 2010 Copa Las Americas surfing event that took place at Playa Bonfil in Acapulco, Guerrero, Mexico on April 23 and 24, 2010.

Despite poor wave conditions, participants put on a great show and injected a lot of creativity into their maneuvers in many successful attempts to impress the judges and spectators alike.

The 2nd stage of the Copa Las Americas 2010 Circuit is scheduled for June 25 and 26 in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
