From November 19th through 21st the bicentennial edition of the PXM Surf Contest was held at Playa Zicatela in Puerto Escondido, featuring both national and international surfers vying for placement in the legendary waves of the Mexican Pipeline.
Alex Muñoz emerged as the tournament champion, followed by Lozano, Corzo and Ramirez in second, third and fourth places.
Prize purses ranged up to 100,000 pesos.
