Mexico State
The state of Mexico lies in central Mexico. It curls around the Federal District, which lies to it's south, and is bordered also by the states of Morelos and Guerrero to the south, Michoacan to the west, Queretaro and Hidalgo to the north and Tlaxcala and Puebla to the east.
Main destinations in the state of Mexico are its capital city, Toluca; Tepotzotlan with its colonial architecture; San Juan Teotihuacan and the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and the towns of Malinalco, Valle de Bravo and Ixtapan de la Sal.
