The Mexpipe Challenge Surf Carnaval 2007 was held on Zicatela Beach, Puerto Escondido Oaxaca from February 16th through 18th, at which Heriberto "Cocorocó" Ramirez emerged out as Men's short board surf champion in this annual event under the aegis of the ASP (Association of Surfing Professionals).
