Zihuatanejo
Ixtapa Zihuatanejo will be host to the International Bodysurf and Handboard Tournament “Las Escolleras 2010″ at Las Escolleras, near the jetty entrance to Marina Ixtapa, on April 24 and 25, 2010.

The state of Guerrero will be hosting three different surfing tournaments and events during the early days of December, 2009. These are:

Rucco Surf Contest, a unique surfing event for all the older and experienced surfers!! Taking place at Playa Linda just north of Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. Age limit: 47 to 74 years old
